A giant bubble kit with a two-handle wand that’ll help your friends and family make eye-bogglingly big bubbles! The kit comes with the giant bubble wand, two pouches of bubble concentrate, and a booklet to help you become a skilled bubble creator! It’s my family’s #1 favorite summer activity. It’s easy enough for our toddler to make giant bubbles with a little help. She loves chasing them, and it always brings a big crowd of kids over to play! Promising review: “Love this!! Easy for kids to use — my six-year-old son figured it out pretty quickly — and fun for adults…
Waking up feeling hot and sweaty never feels good. That’s why it’s recommended hot sleepers switch to using cooling mattresses and cooling bed sheets. Humans tend to sleep better in cooler environments, after all. If you find yourself waking up with a sweaty head, neck, and face, though, it’s possible your sleeping pillow may be retaining too much heat. It might be time to consider switching to a cooling pillow. What’s a cooling pillow? These are pillows that are made with lightweight and breathable materials that don’t retain heat, while allowing air to circulate all night, making it easier to cool you down when you…
We all spoil our pets, and as a parent to a family of three fuzzy kitties, I know how important it is to get your pets the very best. When my kitties or my friends’ doggos need to be cared for or simply spoiled, I check out Amazon to see what’s on offer. Tote Your Pet Do you love taking your furry friend on outdoor adventures? If so, you need a good pet carrier to…
Nowadays, whenever we see work desks or gaming desks that use just a pair of legs as their supporting columns, we assume they’re height adjustable. It’s such a widely-used design in the category with both motorized and non-motorized options, after all. That’s why we appreciate seeing height-adjustable desks that take on a different approach, just like this Herman Miller Spout Sit-to-Stand Table. Instead of using two telescoping columns to raise and lower its tabletop, the work desk comes with four legs much like a more traditional office table, ensuring a more compatible aesthetic with your favorite office chairs. That means, you get a…
Booking a flight to a far-off destination is exciting, but travel isn’t always easy on our bodies; in fact, it can come with a lot of discomfort, particularly in the lower body region. Compression socks are a popular solution for the leg pain, swelling, and fatigue that can come along with long plane rides or 12-hour days on your feet spent exploring a new locale — but it’s important to know exactly what you’re buying and why before filling up your carry-on with compression socks. Compression socks are measured in mmHg (which stands for millimeters of mercury), and the higher…
CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk franchise may have gotten off to a rocky start, but it has since become one of the best games in recent memory. And if you want to further immerse yourself in the technocratic filth of Night City, they even made an animated series over on Netflix. In case you want a Night City experience that’s a little more interactive, though, you might want to get your hands on the Cyberpunk TCG. That’s right, Cyberpunk is getting its own trading card game, allowing you to revisit Night City with a fresh adventure in tabletop form. Whether you’re…
There are plenty of things you can do to turn your backyard into a more interesting space. You can put tables, chairs, and even a playground for your kids. You can build a pool, put in a trampoline, or install a raised garden bed. As it turns out, you can even turn your backyard into an amusement park with the Magictecture Coaster in a Box. That’s right, this kit lets you build a frickin’ roller coaster right in your backyard. No, you won’t be building hundred-foot tall monstrosities with steep drops, loops, and other crazy ride elements. Instead, it’s a more casual type of coaster…
Even the best chef’s knives will dull out eventually. That’s just what happens when you use a blade over and over. For most people, we’d recommend just getting your knife professionally sharpened, especially if you can find local businesses offering the service. It’s not that expensive and you save yourself a lot of potential headache. However, it is possible to sharpen your own kitchen knives safely and effectively at home. You just need the right tools and a basic knowledge of what you need to do. The best knife sharpeners can either be manual or electric-powered. In manual designs, you rely on…
Camp Snap had a bit of a successful run recently with the 103B, a basic digital photo camera that mimicked the styling of disposable film cameras of yore. You know… those compact rigs that used to make for excellent travel cameras. We still don’t understand how that thing became so popular. While we ponder that, the outfit just released the Camp Snap CS-8, a digital video camera designed to look like Super 8mm retro camcorders. Unabashedly taking inspiration from the Kodak Super 8, the camera reprises the original’s one-handed form factor, allowing you to shoot videos while holding your camera…
The most expensive gifts don’t necessarily make for the best presents. However, they do tilt the scales in your favor, as far as the chances that your gift will be received exceptionally well.
